A Brigde to Cross and a Fence to Jump

This is about a walk Arthur must accomplish before he finishes his High School. He was sad and disappointed yesterday, when he found out that he was not going to College, he wants to be an archaeologist, right now he loves to dig and find fossils. I talk to him and make him understand that he has to improve on his spelling, reading and math skills for now, that is what he needs to improve to cross the bridge, at the end of his High School years, we will see if he can jump the fence, which will be all the knowledge required to attend College. At this time he thinks the teachers are thinking on a very negative way. He believes he can do it. I do not know if he will be able to accomplish his goal, but I can not take away his motivation to learn every day. I will keep supporting him. Time will only tell what will happen on his future.

  1. Thank you for visiting my blog and it's so nice to find someone so supportive of their child. I have no doubt Arthur will reach his goals. His photography is really very good - they show joy and appreciation which is so rare in someone so young. I'm including you on my blog list and hope you get lots of visits.
LOL (an American expression I've just learned!)
